The City of College Station, situated in Brazos County, Texas, shall continue to be recognized as a legally constituted municipal corporation under its designated title. Article II. Boundaries

Article III. The City Council
The governing body, referred to as the City Council, shall comprise a Mayor and several Council members, with roles and responsibilities delineated by the municipal charter. Article IV. Administrative Services
